A calmer, more considered approach to wellbeing.​Our clinic appointments are designed to support posture, stress recovery, nervous system regulation and physical tension in a quiet, one-to-one environment.​

 

Many modern symptoms — including fatigue, headaches, muscular tension, poor sleep, overwhelm and persistent discomfort — can be influenced by chronic stress and nervous system overload.​

 

These sessions focus on helping the body move out of survival mode and into a more regulated state through gentle assessment, nervous system support and personalised care.​

 

Each appointment is tailored to the individual and may support:posture & spinal tensionstress & burnout recovery, nervous system regulation, lower back & neck discomfort, physical & emotional overwhelm, sleep, energy & recovery.

 

Initial Consultation — 45 mins

 

Follow-Up Sessions — 30 or 45 mins

A personalised approach to movement, strength and recovery.Our private sessions are designed for those seeking a more tailored, supportive and considered Pilates experience within the calm environment of KORE+.

 

Whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning from injury, managing physical tension, or looking to deepen your practice, each session is individually adapted to your body, goals and lifestyle.

 

Sessions focus on intelligent movement, posture, alignment, breath and nervous system awareness — helping you feel stronger, more connected and more supported in your body.

 

Private sessions may support: posture & alignment, lower back & neck tension, strength & mobility, stress & nervous system regulation, rehabilitation support, movement confidence, sports performance & recovery.
